By using the Website you agree that Digimpro is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site (except the music publishing copyrights in the music contained herein  which are the property of third parties) and in the materials published on it, including but not limited to trade marks, designs, logos, text, images, audio and video materials and software (including code, interface and website structure) except in the instances where recording artists have agreed to submit their material for use in the site. In these instances, all copyrights remain with said artists.

Our status as the holders of rights in the materials on our Site, and that of any of the recording artists previously mentioned, must always be acknowledged.  Unless otherwise specified, you are not permitted to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from it. You must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license to do so from us and, where applicable, our licensors.  The materials are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties, which are applicable Worldwide.  All such rights are reserved and you may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any materials on the Website.

ADDITIONAL COMPETITION RULES

• You can enter as many times as you wish.
• All instructions on the Website form part of the terms and conditions, which by taking part, you will be deemed to have accepted.
• Users shall have the opportunity to mix various parts of the Track online for the sole purpose of remixing the Track(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions below. 
• You must not:-
0. sell, exploit, license, make available or otherwise distribute the Remix (or musical works or lyrics embodied therein);
1. violate any laws nor constitute a libel or slander of any person and shall not infringe upon or violate any other right of any person;
2. use any third party copyright protected material into the Remix (or into any musical works or lyrics embodied therein);
3. sample or replay any material into the Remix (or into any musical works or lyrics embodied therein);
4. (whether alone or with others) produce mix record or perform any of the musical works (or any part thereof) embodied in Remix; and
5. make an adaptation of the Remix (or any musical works or lyrics embodied therein).
• Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries which are lost, damaged, delayed, corrupted or mis-transmitted.  Proof of sending/transmission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted.
• These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• You agree that acceptance to the Terms and Conditions hereunder shall be deemed given automatically when entering this promotion and/or use of the Track(s) as permitted in the Website.
• We reserve the right to vary, amend or withdraw this competition.
